I am not responsible for your dog eating any dog wear or the consequences from that.

All my items are made by order. 

My processing time is 4 to 6 business days.

 

For as faster shipping time, please let me know when you check out.

I will do my best to accommodate you.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade quality of my products I do not accept returns of any used items. 

Because of the nature of custom order items unless they arrive defective,

 I do not accept returns on any custom order items.

I will accept un-used exchanges: 

Contact me within 12 days of delivery 

Ship items back within 18 days of delivery

 

I will not pay for returns/exchange shipping cost from you to me.

I will pay for exchanges sent from me to you.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Once you purchase a custom order you will be contacted via email. 

Please respond to any emails I send regarding your custom order so that I can properly fulfill your order.

If I do not hear from you after one week of email sent, we will return any charges and cancel your order. 

 

I reserve the right to refuse any custom orders I do not feel I can properly fulfill.

If this is the case all funds will be returned.

How do I know what size my dog will be?

To measure your dogs neck. Place a piece of string around your dogs neck and then put it up to a ruler.

Or measure with a ruler where there current collar is adjusted to. 

How adjustable are the collars? 

All our collars are VERY adjustable! The size range for each collar fits a wide rang of dogs.

For example a medium collar fits down to 15 inches which is more like a small collar.

But it also adjusts to 18 inch which is the start of a large collar.

How strong are your collars? 

All our collars are made with 600 lb. tensile strength, water proof, and mold resistant nylon webbing.

The fabric that wraps the webbing is locally sourced designer cotton fabric.

The collars are double stitched and box stitched for an extra hold. 

 

Do you have metal buckles? 

Yes we do! We prefer plastic buckles because they are lightweight. But we do offer metal.

Check out as a custom order dog collar and write to us in the message box that you would like the metal buckle.

Will I receive an email when my order has shipped. 

Yes, if you do not receive an email within 24 hrs. of placing your order please contact us. 

 

Will I receive tracking information when my item has shipped? 

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order has shipped.

 

What is your processing time?

All our products are made to order. Our processing time is 3-5 days. 

 

Do you accept rush orders? 

Yes! We are happy to accept rush orders.

Please message us with all the necessary information for us to start your order right away.

We reserve the right to refuse any rush order that we do not feel we can accurately fill.
