My measurements are based off a dogs neck size.
To measure your dogs neck:
Place a piece of string around your dog's neck and then up to a ruler.
Measure with a ruler where their current collar is adjusted to. Buckle to Buckle.

Quality of products?
I only use top quality materials for my product.
I use a 600 pound tensile strength mold and mildew resistant nylon webbing.
That I wrap in ethically sourced pigment printed cotton fabric.
My buckles are sourced locally from a family run independent business.
What kind of fabric do you use?
I use ethically sourced cotton fabric that is pigment printed fabric.
Pigment printed fabric saves water, materials, and energy waste.
The fabric is designed by top world wide designers!
How washable is your wear?
All my items (expect bow ties) are machine washable and dry-able.
Simply place your wear into your washing machine and then straight into your dryer.
Everything will come out clean!
My collars are great for dogs with sensitive skin.
I wrap all my collars fully in the soft cotton fabric which means no webbing are harsh materials will touch your dogs neck.

Over the Collar Bandanas are designed to slide onto your dogs collar.

What is your current processing time?
Due to high demand my processing time does change often.
My current processing time is 7 to 10 business days. My custom order processing time is 3 to 4 weeks.

I ship USPS First Class (1-3 day) and USPS Priority Mail (1-2 day). Included tracking.

Once my product is handed to USPS you must contact USPS for any shipping or handling problems.
Due to the handcrafted quality of my products I do not accept returns of any used items.

Must contact within 3 days of receiving order with receipt of the product(s) or order number.
In the rare and unfortunate event where an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of the product(s) for an immediate replacement. Please send your order number, exact items/quantities and photos of the item(s) damaged.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Once you purchase a custom order you will be contacted via email.
Please respond to any emails I send regarding your custom order so that I can properly fulfill your order.
If I do not hear from you after one week of email sent, we will return any charges and cancel your order.
Custom orders take time to print, ship, and for me to make them.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your custom order to be processed.
I reserve the right to refuse any custom orders I do not feel I can properly fulfill.
If this is the case all funds will be returned.
CUSTOM ORDER RETURN POLICY
Because of the nature of custom order items unless they arrive defective,
I do not accept returns on any custom order items.
Wash all your dog wear and then:
Reuse it next year/right away.
Or donate it to your local shelter!
